Could possibly be one of a few things maybe a lambda sensorand hence best to get it scanned and read the fault codes then clear them and see what comes back then change what evers wrong.

Mine came on after a turbo hose from the manifold got a leak. could be a few things, it was such a small split that it had to be run on some sort of "smoke" machine so the garage could see where the air was leaking from.

Have had the same problem, here's the link to my post.http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=196672

Still an ongoing issue not resolved. The garage have tried a new lambda sensor to no avail.Have told them to look at the MAF.Will be next week at the soonest when and if this gets sorted.
Starting to get fed up with all this business now.
Will get back when/if this gets sorted.
Best wishes,Buzzinfly.
