Well two day’s hard graft and she’s all done.

KW 40 front and rear matched shocks and dampers.
New top mounts c/w bearings.
R 32 front ARB.
Refurbished LCAs with Powerflex bushing.
New ball joints.
New track rod ends.
New EBC front discs.
DS2500 pads.
New Zimmerman rear discs.
Pagid pads
Neuspeed 28mm rear ARB.
All new stretch bolts etc.

Not many problems apart from the track rod ends needed a little persuasion :censored:and the oxy set.
Oh and a bad back from doing the whole thing under axle stands.
I dropped the front sub frame completely out of the car, easier to fit the ARB.
I was unable to re-seat the steering box drivers side as it fouled the R32 ARB, had to undo the arm and drop the box under it then re attach the ARB.
What a difference, its completely transformed the car, haven’t pushed it yet what with new brakes, and she’s in Awesome GTI tomorrow for a full geo alignment check.
I think the ride height will be spot on when everything has settled.
It was worth the bruise’s cuts and scrapes I’m well pleased with the results.
Should complement the 270 bhp engine mods very well, think she’s just about ready for the track.

Excellent work there bud, thats alot of work to complete in two days.
Make sure that Awesome GTI do the camber as part of there 4 wheel alignment as the one I had done doesn't do the camber.
Glad your happy with how the car feels, you might be a bit too soon going to get the 4 wheel alignment done today as the whole system needs a bit of time to settle before its worth getting this set up straight, especially as you've changed so much.
