No mate I aint yet. I have not had the time at work yet but I'll try over the next few weeks mate. It should be very easy when I have the time.

Short shifter is all made now, just need to fit it (might do it after lunch)

It was easyer than I thought it was going to be.

It has reduced the throw by about 40% by my calculations.

Was it a case of drilling a new hole (where you highlighted in a previous picture), threading it and moving the nipple ??
I know your going to do pictures and guide etc later.. but I want to know now lol!
