i cant decide whether to get a full body kit (nowt tacky) or restore the body work of my cupra to how it was out of the factory? does anybody have one fitted? pics?

save the money by not spending it on the gash bodykit, get the bumpers etc resprayed and then get a nice stg1/2 polish done

go for the standard mint look, you will get much more kudos, than looking like you should be revving your engine outside Maccy D's....innit!
 
theres a nice long scratch on the offside rear quarter wants sorting too. been painted over but can still see it easily.

im probably bout half way thru the list of things that need doing to it. just changed my picture to the car just after wash. :drool:

you will have one very nice sorted car then;)

Nice car mate.. I like the standard look too.. If you lower it first, then you can get a nice idea of what wheels will fit..
Door handles could do with a lick of paint too matey...
All in all, its a tidy motor..

i dont dare take the handles off again, every time i do i cant open door again from outside :shrug:

if you are thinking about bringing her up to a good standard, then paying £5 for someone else to clean the car ruins the paint. They use cheap products, but worst of all, use filthy sponges full of dirt, which after time, adds fine scratches to the paint, ruining its overall shine and reflection

yea, first they rinse with spray washer, then they spray some special soapy stuff on, then they get the old sponge out, then rinse and then polish. made it very shiny.

mk2 ibizas like most seats best left as standard in the looks department.....very little you need to do as jamie says...slam it,clean it and a good set of rims= sorted!! i wouldn't do anything more to mine other than tuning but cba with all that tbh :)
 
pends what you mean by cheap,but then you'll get what you pay for i guess, hunt around for a set of ronal multispokes which come as standard(see mine) or maybe a set of super turismos's, obviously personal preference comes in but nice clean oem look can't be beaten in my opinion :) have a dig around there's a pics of your mk2 thread as a sticky i think,plenty in there for you to mull over
