Not sure you can dude. I take you mean i.e. blue jubilee clips to match blue hoses?

Try spraying one up, the paint will flake when tightened but might still look ok...

other option , use Coloured heat shrink tubing, undo the jubilee, feed it over and heat up should fit snug, and look quite good, , maplins you can buy a range of colors and all it would be a case of is hiding the grub screw part of the jubilee, if you know what i mean,

nice 1 thanks guys iam sure i seen them Sum were cos i got red hoses so wanted black jubliee clips to keep the black and red theme going if you no wat i mean
