Not at all. Had my car lowered for about 12 months now and no grounding at all. Always take care though when going over bumps and you will be fine.

Rolling hard on speedbumps is always bad for your car - aero-bumper or not :)

The only time I've had a problem is in some multi storey car parks where the transition between ramps and the lower floor is a bit steep. Other than that, 55k miles and no problems with the aero kit :)
