What happened to the so called new map that was gonna be given to everyone?
I really like the map it's cracking but the problems have been poor to say the least, the new map only maps out the pressure sensors...
When do you get the new map?
We all want to know if this is really gonna solve the probs (that apparently do not exist)

it wont solve the other probs, only the pressure sensors, i reckon its your luck to an extent. But i just dont know. I may get the update on saturday. If power is what your looking for it is amazing!!!!! But a lot of money and chance of things going wrong
My engine management light was replaced by the DPF light about a week ago. WTF? I dont even have a DPF!!!
Went into limp mode today :-(
Drove to nearest garage with diagnostics and they couldnt get rid of the fault. Codes were coming up with 4 different fuelling and sensor issues. He said it was quite serious. Cost me £50 too for nothing.
BIGG I really think you have a problem with the map NOT all these sensors.
I just dont think the companies did enough work on the maps on DIFFERENT cars before they released it.

My light is now off taipan, when it came on today it said spardic lambda sensor and all the egt sensors were clear, i may be wrong but i think it is in fact the sensors lol, i took the car for a good drive tonight and no light on, but when the intermittent fault shows it will pop it up again.And when thinking about it that fault has showed up before on diagnostic but i never thought about it because my EGT sensor was static so the EML light was constantly on. Jerry is having a look at it on saturday so hopefully it will be ok, the mpg has increased a bit since the egt sensor was fixed i got 49mpg today travelling slowily and steadily on a 12 mile trip. Did you gets yours done at custom code?

these dpf deletes sound about as reliable as a trannys fanny!

perhaps people should state where they had the job done and how it is going. this could perhaps highlight if select tuners have issues with their maps?

fiesta= 147.2bhp and 133.1 ft lbs of torque
ANGEL TUNING REMAP (LEON ONLY)
206.1bhp and 321.0 ftlbs of torque
Custom Code DPF delete stage 2(LEON) + Montune tuning package + ford racing cams,BMC air filter (FIESTA)
leon= 240.4bhp and 344.1 ft lbs of torque
fiesta= 192.5bhp and 206.8ft lbs of torque
THe guys name is Henry Roy and believe it or not he was a head honda technician and helped design the rolling road in South Africa, he's not one to blow his own trumpet, but he gaurantees this is as close as you will get to realistic power outputs without taking the engine out.Good guy but only does runs privatly on his private plot

Well apparently AMD have sorted theirs. They had NickP s car for a week or so and they found some really hidden code on the ECU I think. Hes well happy now
Trouble is I got to drive to Essex from Surrey in limp mode ;-)
Yeh Nick PM'd me and said, custom code have said to me they have had 4 sensor issues all resolved through replacements, but no mapping issues, so hopefully the car will be fine. Hows the car just now Taipan still in limp mode?

My leon doesnt go more than 30mph so no not sluggish. Very quick ;-)
True true!! Thankfully ive never been on limp mode... what actually happens can you go in all gears? Or does it cut out in higher ones?
You get very low power and a rev limit of about 3k revs regardless of gear, TBH in limp mode you would not have enough welly to get upto a speed fast enough to use top gear.
