Brilliant minds think alike. :D
Thats exactly what i had in mind with forge. The only diff is i would use a 3inch T for the DV.
How are you going to manage for the other spouts. can you use a similar idea as the method used for tapping your methanol install into the pre throttle pipe work.
Also look at the custom work JBS are using for thier tips.

There's a piece to come - to go between the two 90s ;)

is this the tip then dave?

Yes. A bit of pruning as well as all the silicons are too long.

 Dave thats top work. You kept that quiet.;) I just may have to obtain one myself if possible. Can't wait to see the large bore tip results.
I'll be dreaming of your TIP tonight.
Can I ask how much it cost you.

This whole thing is dependent on the following piece fitting:

The Omega Shifter Cable bracket. Not as pretty, but I'm pleased with it.

I was designing a bracket to carry the shifter cable over the TIP and it was a box-like structure. It was getting complicated strengthening it. I suddenly thought, why not a tube round the silicon........

Thats a first class piece of engineering there. I think your talents are wasted.;) It looks a sturdy piece of kit, your on a winner with that design.
An interesting day for the silver machine tomorrow.:)
