ok went to my car in the car park today saw it had a flat tyre was alil annoyed but ok these things happen so removed it and found to my horror this:

how has the tyre got like this i mean all other tyres are in fine condition and have no signs of baldness or canvas or metal spikes showing is the tyre rubbing on the spring or anything i suck with wheels lol

and another question can anyone point me to some good and fair priced tyres ? just dunno if my budget can afford a new Pirelli P Zero Rosso 225/40/18 :( unless you know anywhere that does um for under 100 lol

cheers

Looks to me mate that you need to get your toe check on the front axle as the front o/s is toeing out tooo much. If its not this then you have suspension issues as the wheel is running too much negative camber. What does the n/s look like, has it worn the same or on the outer edge:confused: I wouldn't bother with Pirelli mate as a wet fart will last and grip longer, you're best off going for Good Year asimetrics

n/s looks fine so does the outer edge had even ran my hand down the backs of the tyres and all is well just that drivers side was like that

I'd def get the wheel alingment check and the toe/camber of the front wheels if this is all ok the its down to the suspension. Dont go to kwikf0k tho to get it checked, try and go to a wheel tyre, suspension, or vag specialist. One last question have a look on the sidewalls of all the tyres and see what the dates arepls. You can find this on the outer side walls it will say DOT followed by 4 possible no's. As I've been wondering how long/old this tyre is compared to the rest

will have a check tomorrow and let ya know mate, thanks for the quick responces going to a garage first thing tomorrow

I would expect to the the same on the other tyre if it was an issue with the toe angle, either theres far too much camber on the wheel or you could have a bush or something gone. Have a look at the vertical angle of your front wheels in relation to the sides of the car, they should be pretty similar left to right although they are very often slightly different to deal with the road camber, if the dodgy one is too far in at the top then thats your issue.

got it sorted this morning, cost 213quid :( tracking was off by negative 6 on both sides so wheels basically looked like this \ / lol

Ouch hope that was including the tyre. Glad you got it sorted mate
