DV/Engine Cover

Just put Forge 007P DV to replace original one on car, but now Engine Cover won't fit back on. What's the easiest way to gwet around this ?

what is it catching on? 100s of people have fitted it with no issues.

must not be fitted right mate, mine clears it fine.

Bypassing N249. new hoses & Dump Valve has made such a difference to the car !!!!

What kind of difference? Just noise difference?

Seems more responsive, quieter and lots smoother, with instant acceleration. Glad I did it as some of the pipes I bypassed were broken and the breather hoses were quite mucky !!!!! All the original Seat fittings - the car is 10 years old but is mint condition.

Seems as if your car Twiggy86 is the same as mine - 2000/2001 Cupra, though mine is the TS model, the year before they started calling it Cupra, in Imperial Blue, with all mod cons. Great car !!

Well mine is a later 2001 model. Says on the logbook cupra anyway lol

Younger than mine then !! Have you replaced any of the original parts on it ?

Just checked Log Book - first registered January 2001, so must have been manufactured in 2000 !!!
