This is high on my list now. Not sure on the STS tho.Can it be added later???

Also (im not really a library of info when it comes to cars) what is a short shift lever???
They look cool but not sure on what for/if fit??

Got mine on and it feels great makes the car more fun..... :)

I also have a dog bone that like Rudd said some how makes the car feel more connected to the road under accelaration.... it feels great!

Thanks for the advice Steve.

No worries.....glad you like it

Difficult to describe the Dog Bone, as I said the other benefit is that TCS is less active particualrly in the wet

Just buy the short shifter and if you can the Dog bone engine mount and ignore the side to side reducer IMO

Just my opinion tho.............although I have tried all the above (except the side to side)

Side to side reduction.
Most say that it is not needed, and i feel the same. Allthough I haven't tried it...

Not sure where this myth re the STS reducer comes from considering very few people actually go for it

I've got it and find it's fine. Nice 'quick' shift which is what it's meant to do. Flung the LCR round Coombe last week after only having done a few miles with both shifts fitted and only 1 missed change I can recall

If you can afford both shifts get them as if you don't like the STS reducer it can come off again and you can flog it to someone that does want it. Given the ridiculous time it takes to get EIP bits from the states I don't think you'd have a prob getting rid of it for a decent return

No discount at Westec for EIP goods due to grief from importing them, no margin I assume hence why no place for SCN discount when ordering
