surely there's no point thinking about balancing weight, unless you move the steering wheel and seat to the middle

I was more concerned about the size and the look of it. It looked pretty awkward perched on the side of the wheel well, the tray is just bigger than the 'shelf' thats there.

i know there are a few but someone was racing there not so long ago in a red cupra. thought it might have been you.

phil is it not advisable to use a small battery if you use the car day in day out. just i always seem to kill my battery in every car i have. probably from having stereo on when parked. but dont smaller battery mean less in it.

i know you dont use yours that much. just curious

Phils battery is standard size

Yeah standard size battery for me at the moment. Might go to a smaller one at some point but at the moment its staying.

When i bought a new battery for mine i went for the uprated heavy duty one which was the same size as i already had so that tells me that the ibiza only has a small battery as standard anyway so phils will be fine

Just thought i'd keep this a bit updated.

Got my chrome pipe and put the filter down in the wing, sadly this is the only photo i got and doesnt really show it off that well.

Next up is a cap for the brake fluid reservoir and do a wire tuck where possible.

Where did you get that plate in front of the inlet mani. Im trying to get my mate to make me something to go there!

I cant remember, think its from tt shop, doesnt fit tho, had to make a bracket for it.

Wire tuck, braided lines to walbro fuel pump mounted to the wing, replace the blue superflex coolant hose, possibly polish the rocker. Paint and fit my spare throttle body and thats about all i can think of.

Oh and redo the while fmic pipework al a TT/S3/LCR pipework.

yeah i know what you mean with the pipe work! Im probably going to do catch tank with braided line if i can get id big enough. Having a look into it next week. And prob strut brace. Do like urs though. Ur coming to that rr day aint u. Have a good look then!

Phil, if you ever find something to fit this can you let me know please? I've heard that a cap from a Ford will fit but not sure what on it is!?
