Erwin Digital Service Schedule, does it require paid access for details?

Hi.

On Erwin I can find the overview of all the times my car has been at the dealer, but I get no checkboxes to mark so I can see details.

Is downloading the detailed service records locked behind paying? It's not obvious if paying will unlock details, or if only the original dealer can access their own records.

It is one of the selling points at the time I've paid up to use it but I never did see mine but I might have looked in the wrong place and it's been redeveloped since then... taking out the useful build code date

@East Yorkshire Retrofits what do you reckon ?. I'd think dealers can see it, why it's there unless they access another system,

Only the garage that posted the entry can see the details, or Seat themselves can see them all. You may be able to view more information using Seat Connect, the other brands have service info so I'd assume that Seat will too

Build info has only been removed for retail users

Interesting one. How I got to see the Ateca at Fleetworld before the dealers . I have a small fleet.

Are the costs the same ?.

I'd just spend £6 and see what you can see. Double it and download all the relevant PDFs. Two hours should be enough time.

A flat rate is not required to access the digital history. What you see, is all that's available to see

If you need more detail then request the history from a dealer, or see if it's available in the Seat Connect app

I just registered on erwin. Logged in but can't see the service history. Can someone please point me in the right direction

Is this the one were you have to register as a pretend dealer which @cairus said you can do, since they don't check or I might have remembered it incorrectly. I've never seen mine but I've never really looked hard and register just as a normal user. Might be your user profile ?. It has changed since I last logged in.
