esp light stuck on

wipers packed in
now esp packed in and morrors are shot

That's pretty bad. I've had a turbo issue as well (pipe replaced) as the ABS Module. Oh and had passenger seat fixed as a spring had bust through it! No idea how that one happened lol (unfortunately)

i think the money for extra warrantee was well spent not sure if id have another seat though i never had to wait with my audi when that had issues

Update:

Finally got mine repaired today. I requested goodwill from Seat up front given that it was a used approved car, only had 36k on the clock, had full dealer service history (lucky because I only decided to have the last one done at dealers last minute) and was only 6 months out of warranty when it went.
With some persuasive wording from myself on why I felt I should get goodwill and with some hard work from the dealer, Seat agreed to pay 50%. Still a hefty whack to fork out mind, and I have to say it will bear heavily on my mind when I come to car renewal time.

What exactly did you say in your emails to Seat? Would be nice to know as could help me out.

ive just had that problem too ,got it sorted though was something to do with the abs and sometimes the car felt like it had a limiter on it as there was no power from time to time and ill just say im glad it was on warranty or id have had to pay 1483 for it fixing

picked my car back up today for the abs module which they fixed under warantee but for some reason they wouldnt fix my mirrors as they said there a comfort item. i donno how they work that out if the get stuck up im buggerd i have to take it up with seat directly as i donno how the class the use of your wing mirrors as i see them as i bit more then a " comfort item "

Basically, I said that such an important 'safety' component shouldn't be failing on what is still a young car, especially with such low milage and that despit being out of warranty it was unreasonable to expect people to have to spend that much money on a repair that was clearly a common and well known fault (kinda hinting that really it could have been a recall).

I didn't get arsy or anything, just basically said what I thought.

Hey im having the same problem with the esp light staying on but iv got the mk1 lcr on a 54 reg. Does anybody know if it would be same problem as the mk2. However it doesnt always stay lit, its only just come back on today and stayed off for a few hour while i was driving it earlier.
