I'm defenetly with you on the brakes choice. I'm not denying the Cupra R Brembo eficienty but with aprox. the same money you can have the Tarox or something else better than Cupra R Brembo's

Cheers Adam.
That hits the nail on the head.
Perhaps not 100% your cup of tea, but tasteful is what i was going for.
The Stealthmobile will be treated to some darker wheels too at some point when i can afford it....

...why does everything need money... anyone wanna give me some black 18's ????

I had the new car with no spoiler for about 2 weeks and i did not like it. I think the rake of the rear window on the leons needs something to give it a bulkier pose, which i think this does nicely.

...Cheers Kaanarig... yeah as Sparkt said really. The spoiler is "bonded" on with high adhesive stuff. Had it done professionally, no point it flying off and hurting someone. The exhaust was done at the bargain price of £280 ;) (+£50 for the decat pipe... parts and labour)

No Probs Kaanarig, ask away,
I had the exhaust done in my local powerflow francise garage, which, since, has gone downhill. I got it at a promo rate, this kind of zoorst would normally be about £400... but it can be done at any Powerflow dealer....

...they will say it cant be done. Apparently you cant have a Duplex system on a Leon without the pipework being low, ie to fit into a Carzone Rear Skirt. My leon has 2 functional twin-exits which are flushed under the car and pipework worked around the wheel-well and past rear-suspension carefully. The guy that did it is a genious, well impressed. The reason it sticks out so much is so it doesnt look daft when i get a new bumper which isnt so rounded inwards....

I had powerflo on my bmw mini and it was good for wht i wanted cos i was only after sound then. but now its changed since i got my leon cupra im more after power then noise. Do you think tht exhaust has made and difference in your power?? And would you use them again?

It sounds OK ....not noisy as Low Compression Turbo'd cars rarley have loud exhausts, but i am told it sounds awesome. Like a jet fighter on takeoff...

...i would have powerflow again, yes. Simply for the customisation. I am a picky sod and i wanted exactly what i got. Unless i saw what i wanted on the shelf, i would not be happy.

...as for power, with my Exhaust and CAI fitted, i have made 3 BHP, which is hardly anything, but a gain none the less. If you are after power, perhaps try elsewhere. But to be honest, you dont spent £400-£600 on an exhaust and expect power increases worth noting. Spend the money on an FMIC or a remap... :)

Bit over the top for me...
where you get the badgeless grill from how much??
We have two Debadged grilles, one vertical (on my car) and one horizontal (on the Mrs's...shown in the last piccie).

The vertical one is quite common, a few companies make them, about £25 (new) from EBay.
The horizontal one is from Mattig and they cost £50ish, though i got it for under £20 on EBay.

I think it's absolute Gash Mr Rage. Mine is much nicer.:p

The exhausts are too small, it's too quiet, it's not yellow, there's no carbon fibre under the bonnet, your badgeless grille slats go in the "common" direction, your lowering springs arn't yellow and you have poo germs and a boot well. Oh and you've got really rubbish CD's in the changer.
