Well everything is now ordered. Gone for the FK Highsports hopefully should be ok, got myself an LCR splitter aswell to go on.

Now need to get the wheels painted but iam not entirely sure what colour anthracite, black.

any ideas?, they are OZ super Ts on a OVNI mk3.

Input on what would look good would be appreciated iam steering towards anthracite kinda like the clio 182 wheels.

Also what power realistically can i expect from the following:

Forge TIP
K03s
ATP Manifold
Milltek 2.5 inch DP and high flow CAT
Forge FMIC
RAM AIR
007 with cold side relocation
4 BAR FPR
EVO Sheild
and a map by Jim at star performance.

the miltek dp is gonna be a restriction

Right hand DP being miltek, left hand one being one I modified with 3" bend

I see your point, but surely 2.5 inch is enough to cope with a K03s?

As for fitting shouldn't be bad cause i do that kinda thing all day long for a living and i have 24 hour access to a lift. Will be very happy if it makes 240BHP.

dont get me wrong the miltek wont be bad and it will be better than stock, what im saying is that theres alot of room for improvement and potential for 10-20bhp and 20-30lbs plus better power curve at increased rpm

you will be surprised how easy it is to mod (cut below flexi and infront of cat and insert a 3" mandrel stainless steel bend

Mike, is it a milltek that you modded, or the blueflame one? As i've read prob's with the blue flame one, having the lambda sensor in the wrong position, and causing probs.

it was our first attempt at a 3" dp nearly 3 years ago, (Thew first to do 3" on ibiza i may add :p ) It was a modified miltek. We then had our own 3" DP fabricatded and we sold around a dozen or so over a year, Then we changed again and went to a Blueflame one which is current

Right. Everything arrived this week so i set too on wednesday night fitting the following:

K03s
TIP
4 bar FPR
ATP manifold
Down pipe and cat
Evo shield

Thursday night i fitted the Forge FMIC and LCR splitter.

Took the car for a spin after, and bloody hell, what a massive difference. So much more responsive, spool up is very quick and the car is much much faster and has a lot more torque. This is on revo stage 1.

Today i had a road trip to star performance to see jim to get it mapped. I asked him to do a before and after run to compare. After Jim fitted a 4 BAR fpr he did the first run, to my supprise it pulled 228BHP and 250 pounds feet. After a chat with jim he said it wasn't worth doing another map, he said he could probably get another 10bhp but he could match the flat torque curve. So it is left with REVO stage 1 as recommended by Jim. He didn't want to map it in case his figures didn't match the revo ones as he could put it back on. I will have to get REVO stage 2 now. I already have REVO (obviously) but it was on the car when i bought it, does this still entitle me to the £50 upgrade price.

Oh also painted my wheels metallic black and fitted LCR splitter. What do you think?

Still to fit FK Highsports, tomorrow hopefully.

About 5 hours or so. Its not an easy job. every one of the turbo to downpipe studs were seized solid and so i had to snap them off. But the worst bit was installing the ATP manifold, the stud holes are so close to the casting that you cant get a spanner in, it was a nightmare to get tightened up. But all ok now.:funk: Forgot to mention i had help in the form of a couple of work colleagues to assist. They made life much easier.

That was very handy wish i was in that position, ive got a broken turbo manifold bolt in the turbo housing which i really need sorting, bolts that were put in were very weak after a few weeks started coming loose, tightened one up and the b******d broke on me! well pissed off with it on so doesnt sound all that great.

You have made good power tho 228bhp, mines running 226bhp that was on a sandard down pipe that wasnt fitted very well and was blowing a good'en the day i had it remapped also when i got home found a socket hanging off one of the down pipe bolts.

LOL was it a snap-on socket.

When my turbo was delivered one of the studs was bent, must have been a dropped by delivery people, put a new one, but it is a new turbo so easy.

Iam happy with power figures, the car goes well. Will get stage 2 REVO and see what it does. All good for a laugh.
