i've got a longlife one on mine, don't really know much about it, guy before me put it on......but it sounds lush.

I have a 1.2 and Longlife Catback system and its plenty loud enough and suttle when cruising on low revs.

what kind of power increase does that give?

not a clue mate but I have toyed with the engine some bit blanking the EGR, Air filter etc., I am tempted in sticking my car on the RR when I go to the next meet to see if its more than the standard power but if its not cant say ill be gutted all my mates and people who look at my car comment on the sound of the car and no bad feedback yet!
