I spoke to a couple of Audi and Seat technicians about the 16395 code, they confirmed that low oil pressure can cause this, possibly before triggering the low pressure warning on the dash.
If I were you (and if you haven't done so already) then I'd get your car to a VAG-friendly garage and have them check oil pressure.
