The aim of the left headlight is slightly too high, and the drivers side is WAY WAY too low. I've tried increasing the aim of the drivers side headlight using the white toothed wheel type thing behind the headlamp assembly but it has does sqwot.
As far as i can tell both of the reflectors are attached and the "adjuster" motor works on both sides. It just seems odd that one side would screwup up.
When you say that the headlight has two adjusters, do you mean that the white toothed dial moves the light horizontally and the hexkey socket on top moves it verticaly

Nope. They both do the same thing. There's one adjuster on the inside edge of the headlight, and another hidden under the wing on the outside of the headlight. You operate them both with a long hex driver held vertically, down through the carefully provided hole.
I believe i have found the problem. After tinkering with the adjuster on the rear of the headlight the motor will kick in if you tap it. Whiped the motor off and cleaned off all the gunk and found a crack running down one side, so a new on is on order (£22.50 + VAT part 1J0941295B)
Now with any luck this should sort it, which will leave me enough time this weekend to retro fit the rear electric windows.
