Finally Fitted New Bumper

Finally got round to fitting this today.

Unfortunately i dont have the fogs for it yet and i havent painted to towing eye cover yet. So ignore them

I think it looks so much better!

Spot on lad! They do look much better in the flesh don't they? Best mod I did to mine. Looks much more aggressive. Any problems with it?

nice i so want one, didnt you get your from the ebay link that floating around various threads for about £85? Get the leon fogs of ebay they are same part no. as ibiza ones i think, think thye were only £30 each.

When i fitted my new bumper i used the old fogs if ya turn them round they fit there is a small gap theo but not really that bad.The only thing is i cant put fog light bulbs in cause they are out of line i dont use my fogs anyway cause i used to get pulled up all the time.So i put ice blue side light bulbs in and the old bill cant do anything about it now.

Yeah it def is a great mod. No problems, other than lots of mud from the arch liners to the eyes!

Aimez, yeah i got it from ebay, it was just a random guy selling, not a breaker. Came to £72.

Are we sure the leon (new or old?) fogs are the same as facelift ibiza's?

Ok the fogs lamps from the loen, toledo and altea will fit the facelift bumper. Part numbers: 5p0 941 703 Left, 5p0 941 704 Right. theres loads on ebay cheap, about £30 stealers want £86!!!!!!

just a quick question regarding the FR bumpers:

I see on some pics the rear bumper has a grey panel where the number plate is located and the front bumper has a grey area behind the number plate too, is this painted or is it a extra part you buy that fits in???

My car is Silver it that makes any difference??

awesome that'll come in useful when i fit mine, just gotta paint it

only thing is cuz i'm spraypainting the bumper i get the feeling it aint gunna match the car, fingers crossed though.

i have a red sports and i got a facelife bumper for mine in red but it was darker so it prob would need sprayin the same red as yours
