Hey

Well went this sunday to look at an LCR 225 and it was perfect nick so snapped put a deposit down and going to collect this weekend sometime, cant wait, it drived like a dream. Anyway below is a piccy of it ... its also got anthracite (sp) coated alloys, looks really smart.

Anyway, I have a few questions ...

1. Ive got a baby on the way, has anyone had any experience with those recaro baby seats that fit via isofix?

2. The LCR has stock CD player/changer, I wish to change the HU to something MP3/DVD enabled, are there any which can communicate with the CD changer? Doesnt matter if its only a MP3/CD ...

3. Parking Sensors ... anyone fitted these before? easy?

Cheers
One excited Mike

P.S I cant wait to go collect it, test driving it was a dream

She's a beaut mate. I must say I'm not normally a fan of silver but with the anthracite wheels she looks stunning.

Just looking for a recaro baby seat to match the car :) although if you know any good travel systems that fit with the car styling then Im all ears ...

Thanks

Very nice looking motor mate!

Loving the alloys, getting the same finish on my red LCR.

Thanks!

When you say match do you mean red and black colour?

I bought our travel system off of ebay brand new and 50% of the cost

Heh

I was going to be sad and have it matching in terms of make etc :) Im really after something sporty but smart so it fits with the style of the car, but under no means will I compromise safety!, you got any info on the system you purchased? any good?

Mike

that looks spot on mate. i was thinking about getting my alloys done in that colour. and when i have the spare funds for it i'll be getting it done.

I was a bit sceptical on the colour, I was originally after a black LCR but finding one under 40,000 miles was near on impossible. This beauty showed up at below £9,500, its a 2004 with 33,000 miles on the clock and new tyres, new brakes and FSH. Couldnt resit :) perfect replacement to my burnt out FR 150.

The colour of the alloys though really does make the car colour look sexy, it breaks up the silver overall look and makes the red brakes stand out much more, its different, really sexy and hopefully will be a good head turner at the car shows :)

mine is a 04 plate too but it is apparently artic grey  is there really that much difference between the two shades of silver?

Luna clolour really shows when there is low light ie sun setting, it gives off a nice bluey silver tone. The alloys really do suit it :)
