Just thought i would say thanks to Pabs and his guide to fitting the fitting the Fabia rear wiper i know it is an easy job but the fact that you have the part numbers and prices all in one place as well is excellent so thanks mate.

And anyone thinking about doing this mod stop thinking and start doing as it has to be the cheapest most effective mod and it looks so much better.

lol - once again pete - you seem upset. :(

I know I'm not the first person to do it - but as far as I know I'm one of the most widely used guides sites from members on here and other SEAT forums anyway. I assume its just because of the sheer number of guides, and the fact people have recommended it when they've used it.

Big thanks really have to go to m0rk and the team here on SCN for hosting my website in the firstplace, and thanks go to those who taught me to do the mods in the first place. That includes you as well pete ;)

But if anyone else cares to spend X hrs a week writing, maintaining and updating a website purely for the gain of other people then go ahead :) Would be good for me to have a guide for the next mods i want to do :)

i don't :) Everyone know the mods have been done years ago! They are (i hope) thanking me for the guide and the part numbers being easy to find - without having to do numerous searches on here :)

I take NO CREDIT at all for the actual modifications - all of which i believe i have copied someone else one way or another. But nobody writes guides like me ;) hehe

Yea, just done mine to..wouldn't belive the difference it makes to the look of the car. The moulded shape totally suites the leons lines.

Thanks pabs :worship:

Just a quick question - are the Fabia Wiper part numbers still the same (i.e. those listed on Pabs site?)

I want to order some :)

Chris

Just walk into your local dealer mate and say you need a rear Fabia wiper (all 3parts as mentioned above)

I did just that a couple of weeks back and they guy asked if I wanted arm, cap and cover to which I replied

Unless their totally incompetant you shouldn't actually need the no's :)

It does look wicked once done [B)]

make sure you ask for the hatchback cap though cos the estate cap has the same number with just an A after it and i got given that the first time round

Whats the difference with the hatch cover and the estate cover..?

I ordered the 3 parts from my local Skoda sealer yesterday, just under 18 notes...
