It's Sim, Solly and myself, possibly with Ben-B (all off Corsa-c.co.uk), doing this job scott, I'll get the pics on the go. Solly is apparently relishing the chance to get his Dremel out and is talking about having a few beers whilst he's at it...I'm scared

Stage 2 will be December now mate, that's next months pay spoken for...

ye, its mad how many of us are doing it at the same time! however. i am worried about the amount of of screws holding the driverside section of bumper of! mayb worth getting a cupra bumper at some point! hopefully before it falls off!

As for fitting it Aimez, would be good for you to fit but mayb get the other SCN member to watch over you! i was pretty happy when i managed to fit it myself, is good practice!

Well, got mine on yesterday...Think I may have a leak somewhere as my Liquid unit is reporting my intake temp has gone up slightly...anyone else had any pipe issues?

Didn't find it too bad, once the bumper is off it's reasonably ok only needed trim a little off the bumper. Do you know what kind of temperatures your gettin the intake?

I've got a Liquid in one of my air vents, getting intake temps between 20-20degrees c at the mo. Been out and tightened some jubilee clips, think some others might need clamping
up some more, seem to be peaking at 10psi, was doing 14psi before the fmic.

Anyways, some pictures:

Thinking juice was used:

if you got a leak, take the bumper off, then get someone to rev the engine so the turbo is kicking in then spray wd40 or summit all around the pipe work!

the leak will blow the wd40 away, and any left over should just burn off when u drive!

thats the way i found my leak!
