Forge DV failed!

give forge a ring - they have the best customer service i've had in a long time

Ive emailed them saturday.through they website. rang them (Monday). saying "we just going through your email, we should email back in a hour or so..."

Big Lad, sounds like you've been very unlucky.

You say you know for a fact that a Bosch one won't last, my Leon had what as far as I could tell was the original DV fitted, and it had covered almost 140k miles. Certainly for the last 30k miles it had the same Bosch DV.

My revo'd Golf is running the std Bosch DV, which is proving to be reliable. I can't help thinking they're not as bad as people make out.

I would like to try a Forge DV to compare, but at the moment cannot afford one.
