Formentor front suspension (DCC) noise or clunks over speed bumps identified

I already told them it was the shocks 2 months ago but they seem to want to try everything else first lol

Just an update to say they have now booked the car in on the 17th March to have both front Shocks and Top Mounts replaced under warranty (at last lol) will keep you updated afterwards.

Hi and yes , Cupra have acknowledged there is a problem with certain shocks and have got an active bulletin to see how many complain and to try and get a fix which is not much use at the moment, I told them just to use a different part number but as of now they will not give the deslers permission to fit them (joke) theyvare coming back to me next week.....I put a thread up for owners to take a picture of the part number on the front shocks and post them up.......know replies yet but if you can post yours it would be very helpful and fingers crossed others can try and help out...

Is this a bulletin sent out to all dealers? My local dealer is useless, they really don’t want to know. Thanks for keeping us updated.

I wanted to ask is any Cupra Leon owners could post a pic of there Cupra 300 front dcc part numbers.....I have an ongoing noise issue with mine that Cupra have acknowledged and are aware of but I just wanted to see if they are using any different part numbers to the one in my 2025 vz3..... here...
