yer great new! and i am loving it used a tank of fuel already.
think we did get to the problem of the timing pull basicaly when my engine was being rebuilt the guy that built it could have got the cam to cam timing out by one tooth.
becuase when i first ran the car the cambelt was a tooth out which implys the cam to cam could be one tooth out also. hence we loosend cam belt put that right to clear fault codes.
phil had the same issue so its looking like its that. im not mechanic so dont really know what to do about it. lol
but its all just guessing at the moment but im loosing 20 bhp because of it! going to sort out intercooler first.

no we dont know for sure yet as i need someone close who can tell me for sure if the cam to cam timing is out. so yes could be a tooth out but runs a steady power and is safe. its an easy mistake to make.

Yeah thats the best place to start, thinking about it you would only need to loosen the inlet cam to adjust it rather than both cams. Good luck anyway mate.

Hello mate few tips on fitting the cooler.
First of all a pic of the bracket..
DSCF0356.jpg

You will have too mount your rad further back if you want some bumper left and then move the bracket back using washers/spacers ect (only needs to go back a few cm)
It will be best too mock fit the cooler 1st too see what you will need to trim off, it will be obvious.
Heres a pic of the stuff I cut off, not too much.

Here is a drawing of the pipework you will need TB side as its hard too see.

I also used the braces I cut off the slam pannel as brackets underneath..

This pic should give you an idea of what pipework you will need turbo side.

Hope this helps mate
