i'm not sure you can buy the FR bumpers from the dealers but i did see a few front and rear bumpers off FR's for sale on eBay yesterday.

You'd probably have to have them sprayed to match the colour of your car but it might be the cheapest and easiest way of doing it... plus, you could also take the opportunity to modify them if you wanted.
