Front engine mount loose?

Forgive me if im asking the obvious, but does this engine mount look loose (pic below)?
Should the bottom rubber be touching the metal frame?

Are they hard to replace?

Mine does look a little tigher, will try and get a photo for you this weekend - does the engine move about if you rev the car ?

Thanks mate, need to double check, haven't noticed any movement whilst driving - will get someone to rev for me whilst I have the bonnet up later.

Alex - I've changed my mind - took laptop out and compared.. mine's almost identical. Mine is in the air at the minute on axle stands fwiw.

Mine is the same but it's not right IMO. If you pull the engine up with your hands under the
inlet manifold you can lift the front up quite a bit which isn't good. Think I'm going to get
up-rated ones soon.

Will start looking elsewhere now - I need to put my intercooler and bumper back on tomorrow, so ill have a good look round.

Emlyn - may get some vibratechnics ones in the future - few more jobs on the car to be done before those
