Front grill chrome surround

Currently on my leon its completely debadged, i would like to go back to having the S badge and the chrome grill surrounds on the 3 front grills, cant seem to find any info on the search, and links or advice on where to pick these up would help

the chrome grille kit comes direct from SEAT. Sometimes they crop up on ebay.
