front window glass

My pasenger window has just dropped in the frame.I have removed the door card and cannot seem to remove the next piece,I have unbolted it and the wire is off the runners.I can still not get thos black piece out or get the window up. Any help would be appreciated and it has just started to rain! Cheers David

have you removed the glass ?? if not then once you have removed the door card you will see 2 big black round rubber things. removed them and undo the bolts that hold the glass in place. sounds like you need a new window regulater the dealers sell them with and without carryplate... about £46 without carryplate.

Hi, I just had the same problem, to solve it quickly, remove the motor push the glass up and refit the motor and leave the connection plug off. if you need to replace the regulator, i got one from a breakers complete with motor and speaker for 40 quid.
