Glad this is still about dude, was my main influence for going down the modding path i have. Anything new getting done whilst its off the road, or just keeping it in good knick?
nothing modification wise bar a parrot kit, new oil and filters are waiting to be done alongside discs and pads - just general maintenance stuffs really
car was detailed in june sometime and hasnt moved much since then so bodywork is perfect but im sure there will be a few bits needing done here and there!

and will be off to the dealers a week today as its been traded in for something ive wanted for a while.
been a great 2 years with the ibiza and deffo one of the best cars ive owned!
but as said its making way for this...

I went from my Mk4 Ibiza to a Mk4 Golf R32 and I LOVE it! The fuel difference will shock you, going from a diesel to a 3.2 V6 - makes you cringe when the needle starts to go down after 10 miles. But well worth it, much nicer car all round and the noise never stops making you smile!
Get a non res Milltek - you'll love it.Has it got the Recaro interior - I'll be keeping an eye on you on R32oc.com?

I've got the half leather heated KONIG seats. Lovely! Will keep an eye on the R then! Gonna mod it? Lowering these can knacker the diffs.

standard wheels will go gloss black and small spacers - carbon vinyl roof so when my bike rack is on it dont scratch the paint

Full Milltek system is a MUST. Not only does it release a good bit of power, but the noise is LOADS better. You can get Schreick cams for them too.

(By the way - did you ever get your Ibiza featured in Golf+ mag? I looked through an old one yesterday, like June 09 I think it was and there was a pic in there of your car and it said they wanted you to get in touch with them so you could do a feature on it).

Stripped off the dealer wax - :ninja:
Complete degrease with Citrus Degreaser
Foamed with Megs Hyperwash (strong mix)
G101 all trim,shuts,panel gaps
G101 Arches, Tyres, Wheels (need a refurb badly)
Washed 2BM with DG901 (strong mix)
Rinsed and dried off
Didn't bother polishing - needs machined so not going to waste my time by hand.
Wax - Colly 476s
Trim with CG New Look Trim Gel
Arches with Megs All Seasons
Tyres with Zaino Z16
and as i type this i know ive forgotten to do the exhausts!! (amateur lol)

I find the suspension nice as it is on my Mk4. Height is alright and handles very well!
