No point in a diesel for a 6mile journey, it won't even warm up in the winter!
I'm local to you and my 20vt FR is up for sale! Its a pre-facelift but what you save on purchasing it could be spent on facelift bumpers and the difference in insurance. Click on the linky in my sig.

Too many mods to be honest! I would weep at the increase in insurance for them. A petrol FR would be £1800 insurance and can't really afford that..

Keeping my 1.2 till august at least, unless I get a verryyyy good offer.

Who have you had quotes from? I'm with Sky insurance. I guess you are young though... it does get cheaper as you get older!

I'm with Admiral at the moment.. If I were to get an FR or Cupra, I'd keep it completely standard to lower my insurance as much as possible...

However, since getting through hype about getting a fast car for low insurance, I've had a think and realised i don't need it for town driving... I can get to 30 or 40 within seconds anyway...
