LINCOLN/NORWICH
just fitted my laguna fmic have had it runnin ok for two weeks now i have a boost problem, put my foot down boost gauge gows to 1.3 bar very well and boosts as normal, holds the boost for like three seconds then looses all the pressure reads 0 bar with foot flat and runs like a bag of ****. ive checked all my fmic pipes and everythin seems fine no cracks or splits. whats going on any one got any ideas i refuse to take it to a garage unless i have to!!!!!!!!!!!!!

how can i rule these out and would these affect the boost this badly changed dv to standard one pipe is ok and connected properly!!!!!!

well if you do not have vag.com then it is just a case of rule them out really that is what i have done in the past! i have a diagnostic kit, you are not that far from me either. i am sometimes in lincoln. what colour is your cupra?

i drive through kings lynn every weekend on the a17 do you live near the big round about where the industrial estate is where franky and bennies is the one that joins you 2 the a47 if your going to norwich?????

chris lives just off the A17 mate, you wont be far from him at all if your on the A17.

I have the exact same problem still, I have a new maf, new N75f, new thrust sensor, and still mine has the same problem as you, checked all vac hoses today all ok.

Its either my forge DV is gubbed or Actuator has a burst diaphram i've been told??

could try bypassing the n75 valve ? that resolved a few boost 'issues' for me...

try checking all the smaller hoses for leaks as well as the main intercooler piping as you may have a leak somewhere ?

bypassing the n75.....dont think you did that Dan mate, you thinking of the N249??

vagcom logging would be best answer though since you have it
