i just know forge sell quality products with service to back it up and if it were my company i'd be very proud of. as it goes i have a Forge sticker on my strutbrace next to Revo and Seatsport. and i carry a forge keyring with my keys at all times. even the bloody keyring is high quality and it was free!

i wonder if jabba would send a new cooler out to you next day delivery if something went wrong with it

Well............... today we travelled the 230 miles to Jabba to pick up Pete's cupra.

Its currently running 1.3 BAR on high boost setting @ 323 BHP and 1 BAR low setting @ 274 BHP.

But Pete is still insisting he wants more, so he's gonna be getting a new intercooler soon and having another road trip to Jabba to get it tweaked.

I'd be more than happy if mine produced that sort of power, although spending 5k+ i can understand he's a bit stressed that it didnt make more.....

Cant wait to see the videos though!

sorry aint posted sooner girlfriend duties called over the weekend wen we got back! very happy with it at the minute its a lot of fun im must say compared to the 206bhp i had previously. as gavthelad said above i am very very happy with it but spending that much i would have liked that little bit more. but hey thats life! so generally impressed with it. bring on a few 1/4 mile trips this year see what we can pull....

Spending that kind of money you should maximise what you can get, but hey 322bhp is over double the standard 156, i bet it flies!

videos are matts thing hes got the camera! theres not too many! one of me playin with a 3.2 TT and a clio 182!! were both funny. couple on runs off round abouts with boost right down etc. wel c if matt gets them up tonight or maybe me him and mate with 400+bhp corsa will go and make some more after work tnight!!

i personally thought "sensibly" it was approx 320bhp , 340-350bhp it will handle but "might" have problems, but iv heard people running 360-380bhp on standards, they live life on the edge tho

got to think of torque though as well, and what the transmission will take without needing to be upgraded also
