Help removing front bumper in Nottingham!

Got some newer headlights to fit & finding it hard to understand how to remove the bumper & just wondering if theres anybody in the Nottingham area that knows how to do it & could lend me a hand?

All you need is there

look for cupra R bumper fitment and use that guide in reverse for taking yours off

Bumper guides can be a pain so they're best off unbolted as opposed to leaving them on the car.

Is it necessary to take both the front wheels of?

Not nescessary at all, easier maybe ... but if you work on one wheel arch at a time and put the wheel on various angles you can reach all you need - you don't need to remove the arch liners either Just the bolts around the edges.

Don't forget to unclip the temperature probe and disconnect the foglights
