help with fitting handbrake/gear gaitor

hi,
i got this set of new leather gear and handbrake gaitor from ebay with looks really nice with red stiches.

it's made specially for mk4 so it's should dress on the handbrake perfectly.

i don't have a clue about how to remove the handbrake and gear console.and i can't to see the results.
if there is any guide with pics or someone can guide me trough it's will be great

Its easy mate should trake no more than a minute. raise handbrake as high as u can and underneath u will see a little notch, with a little screwdriver bend the notch downward to release the clip, give the handbrake cover a yank and it will slide off. fit new one.simple

but i think i haven't explained my self well
i tring to remove the plastic surrond arround the handbrake

if can someone edit the picture with windows paintbrusher. with show where the clips and screws are
it's will be great.
