firstly paying a garage to remove offending adjuster and fit new one, on the other side my mate Tim did the same had to take it to his work to remove the adjuster. We then took out the rear adjusters totally (they were not seized) and lowered the front more. Still needs to go down a touch at the front since it settled. I googled seized weitec adjuster it is common! Good thing they are plastic and you can get them off but bad as when stuck the adjuster holes break easily. Read up on all sorts of ways of keeping them lubed up best way is actual covers you can buy!

Today after many kilometers of driving with that insane squeaky noise after fitting coilovers to my Ibiza 6l with absolute the same cone up on the spring/the normal way to fit coilovers/ we found how to fix this noise and where it is coming from! There must be put a metal sleeve with a rubber pad so that it seals the cone and the upper pad of the shock absorber to prevent the cone moves from camp.maybe in the original package that plastic bush or rubber pad is included but i bought the coilovers second hand. The noise is coming when the shock hits upper pad!!!
sorry for the bad english :)
