Correct. Basically you have one boost pipe. Along that line somewhere, cut it and put the T piece in. Block off one end of the T piece and just connect the pipe to the other two - making it one complete pipe again. It's best to put it somewhere where you can get to it if you have problems with it in the future. Like I say, I've run my boost pipe from drivers side of the engine bay, through the passenger side bulkhead and back to the drivers side. I've got my boost pipe going behind the dash and put the T-piece behind the glove box.

I dont have any pics I'm afraid....I dont think.

the Halfords Autogauge comes with a T-Piece with a brass inline valve.

My T-Piece is directly behind the gauge....hidden behind the Nomad pillar pod, easy access if it ever pops off etc.

I used hot glue to blank off the 3rd T-piece end, solid as a rock!

cant help you with that particular hosetail mate, cant even remember the size i used (i know, im useless)...but i can give let you know that you don't have to fully remove the boost pipe.

I just stuffed it with rags below where i drilled to catch any swarf...obviously you need to be careful doing it that way though :p
