Decided to try out my PC on the roof of my GF 10 year old Fiat. Good results, I am new to it of course so sure it will improve. Certainly a faster process.

I washed my car today and use the Poorboy's 'bold 'n' bright' tyre dressing for the first time - this stuff is great! I hated the Meguiars tyre gel because it was very messy and dirt just stuck to the gel, made the tyre look too artificial too.

Poorboy's gives a very nice natural satin sheen to the tyre, actually cleans dirt off as you apply it, smells like coconut and dries to the touch, not greasy at all - a joy to use! Looks like this once on:

Out of 10 I'd give it an easy 10 - miles better than any other tyre dressing I've tried before.

Serious Performance sell it for £7.49 including delivery. My detailing supplies are rapidly becoming all Clearkote, Poorboy's and Klasse - awesome stuff (most of it can all be applied in direct sunlight too)!

I also used Clearkote Quik Shine today too, after washing and drying my car I used the QS over the entire car, didn't take long at all, came up like this:

This shine is NOT using Swissol, the products I used (by hand) to achieve this shine were (in order of application):

1. Meguiars NXT shampoo
2. Meguiars paint cleaner
3. Meguiars NXT Tech Wax
4. Turtlewax Gloss Guard
5. Clearkote Quik Shine

;) :D

done my bumper/boot with the pc today, well happy with the results, although its hard to pick up from the photos

Keen to try it with the SSR2 on my bonnet soon, had a close look at it today and quite a few light scratches and marks on it.

Forgot to mention earlier that I used Meguiars clay bar on the paint before the cleaner.

Finally ... got the chance to use the PC on my car, and boy was it worth the wait! I used the Poorboy's SSR2 (super swirl remover) on the bonnet (applied with the PC, buffed off by hand), then Meguiars NXT tech wax (applied and buffed with the PC), the result was ...

I was nervous about machine polishing my car, but once I started I soon became comfortable using the PC very quickly, it does not feel like it will damage the paint and is easy to use, I let the weight of itself do the work and set the speed to 3, the results are awesome and cannot be replicated by hand. :)

I cannot wait to do the whole car now, my results by hand were good, with the PC they are going to be amazing! :D

OMG i am liking that you anywhere near me ill pay your fuel and theres a ice cold pint in it for you :D
