the VW GTi is Sunday the 8th @ Santa Pod, not sure when the SEAT meet is if there is one..

Once inside the venue, for a one off signing on fee of £20, you can sprint up the famous 1/4 mile as many times as you wish.
Not per run, no time slots, just get in line and drive!
All day if you feel like it! And the timing equipment is accurate to world record standards, so the time and speed you run here is FACT, not fiction.
So Basically, As soon as I get home tonight i'm packing my bags and im off to camp there until it starts so im first off the line at 8am.
Then when people start asking 'Whose that donut thats been driving up the strip all day?' you can all say "No idea.."

I went to the spring fest, it wasnt overly busy so people got a good few runs in. I didnt see the point in running the 8v.
Autojumble is sounding good to me, pickup a few spare gearboxes, maybe some body parts and a new handbrake gaitor as mine is trashed.
