Needing to replace my Cupra's discs and pads. Was thinking, whats exactly needed to run the 312mm Leon set-up? Not wanting to purchase Brembo's or any other 4pots as I dont feel they are needed. Cheers! :D

leon hubs for a start!

TBH, the brembo kit is probably the easiest way to go! You missed a GB a few months ago with Bill. £800 all in!

i'm with mat on this one ! i think it would be more cost effective to use the brembo set up as these did come as standard on the "r's"

Well in that case. Just up-rated discs and pads it is then. Cheers for the quick replies. Just thought it may have been an easy swap like the Vauxhall world.

Yeh shame you missed the group buy on these... i couldnt resist and worth every penny!

Then brembos are a MUST! Going the same route as you soon, like i said on ko3s the standard brakes felt dodgy, so there's no what they'd be up to a hybrids power

Well i'll probably replace the disks and pads this time around and keep an eye out for a brembo kit then. Fingers crossed one comes up!

They do come up from time to time. Check Edition38 aswell. To be honest you could go for the 312mm setup from the Audi TT/S3, they come along alot more often and are an inprovement over standard at a fraction of the cost of Brembos

Whats needed for the 312mm set-up as I would like to do this rather than the Brembo's

I had this setup but never put them on the car. You need, the calipers, carriers, braided brake lines and 312mm discs redrilled to 4x100 and pads of your choice. Have a search for more info, been covered quite abit.
