acid, the hids actually run cooler externally, my headlights barely even get lukewarm.

Yip ebay.

4000k is standard ones, 6000k is light blue, 8000k is blue, 10000k is silly blue and 12000k is purple.

I only posted it to shpw the differences, Id love to get a set of optics for the cupra, would look abso-fooking-lutely great and make an already mean front end snarl.

All sorted now cheers. 2x H1 in each headlight (dipped and main). Much better now with Philips Vision Plus bulbs.

gti lights are twin H1 - also handy if one blows - just swap it for a high beam

philips vision plus vs 6500k hids in daylight, When I bought the philips originally the difference over standard was almost as obvious as hids vs philips.

H7 for dipped as mk4polo says, mine are ultra xenon. Visible difference, but not omega/bmw colour.

real hid kits cost around £300+

but id be skeptical as to the head light melting

no problems with my headlights melting

ok dont mk3 ibiza have reflector based head lamps? or maybe not lol ... according to that info you shouldnt fit them. but yea u guys have, which kits have u got off ebay?
