ibiza sport bumper to fr or referance swap

Looking at getting some new bumpers on my car . i have a 1.4 sport 55 plate and would like to fit either fr bumpers or referance bumps on it but they all seem to say 06 - 08 . anybody know if these will fit my car ? or can i only get bumpers up to 06 ? whats the differnce between the years ? Thanks

These are a straight swap as they only changed the bumper designs in 06 and nothing on the car itself.
