identify parts please

can someone who knows for sure identify the parts in this pic

i dont know A
but im under the impression
B is the ARB
C is part of the subframe

also there is a big mount at the front of the engine connected to part C...was wondering if its safe to jack the car up using this?

and if anyone has any remedy for stopping my brakes squealing? disks an pads replaced in October, plenty left on the pads

A - tie rod end or aka track rod end

B - looks like anti roll car aka stabiliser

c - suspension arm aka wishbone

look about 4" back from the bolts and you'll see a jacking point anyway just make sure its solid therefore safe
