i got a k&n in my 1.2 but never had a cold feed, never actually thot about it till today funilly enuf, and not thinking that all my induction kit is doing is sucking in hot air n making a noise, and drinking fuel, im gettin no performance enhancment because i have no cold feed, wheres the best location on the front of the beeza to run a feed pipe from?

i was thinking of taking the front right fog light out and putting it there..

ive got a closed filter so it came with a cold air feed attached. best way i found is to route it down near the front fog on the drivers side. i had mine facing just behind the grill by got too worried bowt sucking up water that i just shortened it so it was facing down into the front of the arch that was it could still suck up cold air but the water ( obiously heaver) wont get sucked up! well that my theory anyway:p

as far as getting a cold air feed i got one of ebay. like this: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1Mtr-76mm-Fle...14&_trkparms=72:1689|66:2|65:12|39:1|240:1318.

but ive heard people simply going into b&Q and getting 75-80mm flexible ducting. just whatever you do. dont by the silver metal stuff off ebay cause it lasts 2 minutes and ends up cracking with holes in it and its also becomes a gr8 head conducter being metal so the air isnt cold anymore. lol!!!

What part is the trumped you all talk about. Would it be worth while removing my Pd130 intake and taking a bigger cold air feed ( if it fits ) down to my fog light?

How did you get yours that smooth, Nath? It took me ages to get the criss-cross bits on the roof of the box worn down.
