Right then.

After some playing in the car i have discovered that my injectors are duty cycling 100% from about 5500 onwards which tells me they are maxed out?

What i want to know is this, if i were to ask my good friend pete to borrow his bosch 440's and put them in along with my 3 Bar fpr and try it what could i expect, would the ecu realise that it is getting more fuel from them and adjust the dutying accordingly to suit or would it just over fuel?

Not sure mate, haven't read it for ages, the first time i read it after GT2X is was getting 150 odd, which i thought was low, i phone Jim at Star to question him and he said to ignore this as the cu had been recalibrated for the s3 MAF.
 
Hmmmm.
did a log this very morning on a hybrid K04's ibiza, running S3 MAF and 199g/s from it max.

150g/s seems plain wrong no matter the "calibration"
