Trying to insure my K1 and I have noticed that none of the insurance companies have the K1 listed as a 2009 model. Tell them that the car is a 2008 and they all have it. Anyone know why this is? They still list the non bodykit cupra but why not the k1?
Emailed SEAT UK about this and they were useless as ever and blew me off. Person who replied to me seemingly doesnt even know the difference between a k1 and a normal cupra going by her reply.
Really annoying, anyone have a insight or a explanation as to why this is? Adrian flux have said that the insurance database maybe hasnt been updated yet?
And Liverpool victoria state that if your model of car is not shown in the list, that you are to try a different manufacturer year and see if it is in that, which the k1 is.
Oh and mods please dont move this to the insurance section, its more of a k1 specific question.
