you can tell when your remote key fob battery is dying as the range dramtically decreases

......mine pretty poor actually, i have to be a few meters away before it works

But, then I remembered -

If you do a ECU reset by disconnecting the battery a lot - you can disable the need to enter the code when the radio powers back up (it's in the manual).

Check you have a pair of tongs in the boot for removing the wheel nut covers. Look closely, they're black and about three inches long. In fact, you should have a full sized spare in an LCR, but a few "came from the factory" (yeah, right) with a steel spare - I don't think this will fit over the brembos...
 
Some LCR's had a vanity mirror with illumination some didn't

Some LCR's had a CD Changer as standard some didn't

Some 210LCR's had square mirrors (up to circa October 2003 e.g. 03/52 plate) after this date they were tear drop shaped
 
also if you forgot to take the hand brake off and drive away a beeping sound (like the low fuel beep) will come on :yes:... try it! ;)
 
So it's safe to say that if you leave your handbrake on while driving to the petrol station to fill your empty tank, whilst having no washer fluid, you're about to go deaf! ;)

Not so much LCR centric mate but opening post was made from observations on my LCR, not sure if they are the same in LC.

Like the need for 3rd gear to get a true 0-60mph. Do all LC's come with climate control allowing display change? Not sure, does the LC have the alarm button down by drivers seat?

Im sure i read the manual aswell, must have missed all these:rolleyes:

:lol: No, it's not supposed to be an LCR lookalike - that was the dealer bodykit option at new.

Yes to both. (the alarm button is close to the LC electric seat controls ;) )
 
one i found the other day on a track day, over about 110mph the drivers window will not close as the pressure inside must be too great so it just automatically goes right down again.

That is probably the safety feature which stops the window clsosing if it senses resistance. It happened on both the LC and LCR. If you are clsoing the window and go over a sharp bump the window will automatically wind down, also turning off the one touch close function until the car has been restarted.
