Interior Light

Hi,

Can someone please tell me the size of the bulb for the interior light for my Ibiza (MK4) because I would like to change it for an LED version.

Also, how easy is it to remove the cover and change the bulb?

Piece of wee. Little screw driver - in behind clear plastic bit and pop it off. Take out the 41mm Festoon bulb and replace it with LED version. Just ordered some myself. There is another thread on a similar thread.

41mm doesn't seem to be an option on the ebay site linked to in the other thread. Got to admit I'm confused now too. Wouldn't mind changing my interior lights as those yellow ones are just so damn dull.

Then keep searching! I got mine off Ebay! interior one is 41mm - 42mm. Numberplate lights are 35-36mm.

1mm won't make a lot of difference. It'll be alright. They look very different. Not necessarily not much brighter. Just a different light. I'll try to post a pic to show how it lights up the interior.
