Interior power outlets - switched live

In my Altea XL the interior power outlets are live only with ignition. In the touran (similar wiring loom) they were live all the time. (Which I want)

Can this be reconfigured with a fuse move or a link in the fusebox?

In my 2005 std Altea they are permanently live - plug in trailer electrics to the rear one when needed so could have been a change of thinking in SEAT or VW group?

Exactly that's the case:

Starting MY07, all 12V power outlets in VAG models (VW/SEAT/Skoda) were switched to ignition dependent ...
(... or whatever technical term would be correct ... but you sure know, what I mean).
So the earlier 5P-models should have the permanent flow.
